1. What is a process server?

A process server delivers legal documents (such as summons, subpoenas, and eviction notices) to individuals involved in a legal case. We ensure the documents are legally served following Florida law.

 

2. Why do I need a process server?

Courts require legal documents to be properly served to ensure due process. A licensed process server ensures that documents are delivered correctly, on time, and with proof of service.

 

3. What types of legal documents do you serve?

We serve a variety of documents, including:

    •    Summons & Complaints

    •    Subpoenas

    •    Divorce Papers

    •    Eviction Notices

    •    Small Claims Documents

    •    Writs & Orders

 

4. Where do you provide service?

We operate within Florida’s 9th Judicial Circuit, covering Orange and Osceola counties.

 

 

Process & Delivery

 

5. How does process serving work?

    1.    You submit the documents to us.

    2.    We attempt to serve the individual at their home, work, or other known locations.

    3.    If service is successful, we provide a proof of service (affidavit) for court filing.

    4.    If unsuccessful, we provide documentation of attempts and affidavit of non service. 

 

6. How many attempts do you make?

We offer four free attempts:

    •    One in the morning

    •    One in the afternoon

    •    One on a different day

    •    One on a weekend

Additional attempts or stakeouts can be arranged for an extra fee.

 

7. How quickly can you serve documents?

Standard service is completed within 3-5 business days. Rush service (24-48 hours) is available for an additional fee.

 

8. What happens if you can’t serve someone?

If the subject is avoiding service, we provide:

    •    Documentation of attempts

    •    Affidavit of Non-Service

    •    Skip tracing service for an additional fee. 

 

 

Legal & Compliance

9. Is process serving legal in Florida?

Yes, process serving is regulated by Florida law. We are certified and compliant with the Florida courts.

 

10. Can I serve legal papers myself?

In Florida, a party to the case cannot serve documents. A licensed process server or law enforcement officer must complete the service.

 

11. Do you provide proof of service?

Yes, we provide a signed Affidavit of Service, which serves as legal proof that the documents were delivered correctly.

 

12. What if the person refuses to accept the papers?

A person does not need to physically accept the documents. If they are identified, we can leave the documents in their presence, and it is still considered valid service.

13. How much does process serving cost?

Our rates vary based on location, urgency, and difficulty of service. Standard service starts at $60, with additional fees for:

    •    Rush Service (24-48 hours)

    •    Skip Tracing

We accept:

    •    Credit/Debit Cards

    •    Zelle
